How long does shipping take?
Air freight options range from 7-21 days, while ocean freight options range from 26-71 days. If you need some packaging expedited earlier, consider splitting your shipment between air and ocean!
Can you provide me with a dieline?
Yes, we provide dielines for free after we receive the order and payment.
How long does production take?
Usually 11-15 days for production, 15-20 days for bulk order.
What format should I provide my artwork to you in?
Please send us your artwork as a template file (PDF or AI format), please save the dieline as a separate layer in your AI file which can be edited in Adobe Illustrator to ensure your artwork file can be used for production.

Our order process is divided into 6 steps, please contact us according to the following procedures, thank you!

2. Purchase a sample (optional)
Before starting bulk order, please provide us with packing samples so that we can determine the size and quality.
3. Place your order
Choose your desired shipping method and state it on your order.
4. Upload artwork
Add your print content to the dieline template we will create for you and send it to us.

5. Start production
Once your order is approved, we will start arranging production, which usually takes 11-15 days, during which time we will be in close contact.
6. Ship packaging
After the product is finished, it will pass the quality inspection to make sure there is no problem, and we will ship your package to the delivery location specified in your order.
